Lesperance, Augustine (Gus):
Passed away peacefully on Friday, August 3, 2018 at Sunnyside Home at the age of 82.
Beloved husband to Dorothy (nee:Schmidt) for 61 years.
Loving father to Louise (Luc), Dennis (Cathy), Susan (Elwood), Stephen (Mary), Rose Marie (Paul) and Ronald (Melanie).
He will be missed by 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Gus was 1 of 10 children and is survived by 2 sisters and 1 brother.
He was a longtime employee at Schneiders.
Gus' family will receive relatives and friends from 7- 9 p.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue from 7- 9 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 with Parish Prayers at 8:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony Daniel R.C. Church (29 Midland Dr., Kitchener) on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 10 a.m. Reception to follow in the Parish Life Centre.
Cremation to take place.
