Ruth (my Mom) became an Aunt at 2 years old when her oldest sister Barbara had Doreen. Mom grew up with Doreen as her close friend and will deeply miss her. Doreen always introduced Mom as her "cousin" thinking that "aunt" would make Mom feel old :) I too will miss Doreen and her vibrant spirit. I will treasure memories of times spent together through the years. I'm especially grateful for our last visit with her at Beechwood Manor with Mom and my daughter Lisa. Rest in sweet peace Doreen.
