Traplin, Doris (nee Voll):
Doris left us peacefully on Monday, February 11, 2019 having had the loving presence of her family with her at Trinity Village Care Centre at the age of 89. Loving Mom to Brenda (Ed) Bogdanski, Bernie (Ingrid) and David (Susan). Cherished Grandma to Emily (Mark), Ben (Becky), Cara (Andy), Julia (Paul), Joanna (Kyle), Devin, Gabriella, Thomas, Brad (Jenna), Courtney (Chris), Brieanna and Jessica and loving GiGi to Abigail, Layla, Liam, Nora and Ella. Predeceased by her husband Harry (2001), daughter, Mary, son, Harry, and brother, James Voll.
Doris' family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. (vigil prayers at 7 pm) on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue from 10-10:45 a.m. on Friday, February 15, 2019 followed by the Funeral Service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
