Very sad to hear about our good friend Frank. My condolences to the extended family, My memories of this boy as 1 of 6 growing up on the farm in Dublin. Of him graduating high school ----- working at the CIBC in Dublin ------- living at our house in Dublin in the winter time. And so many events in Midland especially at Philip and Mamie cottage (don't want to mention some of them LOL) and then of course the famous "FLANAGAN REUNION'S" Love all the good times, Message for Frank .... say HI to my friends up there.
