One of the nices person to work with.

Irne and I were surprised and saddened to hear of the passing of Frank. Our condolences to all is family and all the staff at Horizon. My memory is not that great for dates sometimes but I believe I met Frank for the first time January 2000. I received a phone call from Frank around October 1999, he wanted for me to represent and establish his office chairs in the Atalantic provinces. Being busy with my other lines and not much time but still I did not say no, that I would think about it. He phoned me again in November and again in the middle of December to witch at that time I said yes. Between Christmas and the New Year he sent me a fax stating the rules, one of the rules was if a customer wouldn't pay within 90 days the commission would be taken away and repaid once he received the payment, I told him what he could do with his line. He phoned and apologized and said that he changed his policy, I didn't want to do anything with it. There was a furniture show in Toronto I had to attend, the first night at the Holiday Inn the phone rang around 12am, it was Frank, he told me I had no choice, he was taking me for breakfast did not matter the time, I agreed at 7:00am. He was waiting for me in the lobby, we sat down for breakfast, I had one of the nices person you could meet apologizing again, he had made and error and wanted no one else to handle his line, I could not refuse. It ended to be a wonderful relation until my retirement 13 years later. This is a man once you met him you couldn't say no to, he was so likeable and honest. He also had one of the nices family and staff to work with, just like the man he was.
