Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of John Janzen can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

"Onkel Hans"

Mr. and Mrs. Janzen (Onkel Hans and Tante Lina) have been true life long friends of the Becker family, their children and grandchildren. Many treasured moments were shared in Kitchener, at the hunting club, and of course in Honey Harbour. Onkel Hans, as he was known by all of us, was a kind, trusting person ... always ready to lend a hand fixing something, sharing a refreshing drink, or towing a broken-down boat back to the dock. He was an amazing friend to our father, father-in law and grandpa, Hermann; especially on those long travels north on business, or in the time Hermann was suffering from cancer. His physical presence will be missed, but his soul, and that infectious smile, will stay with us forever. Rick and Annemarie Weiss
