December 18, 1942 - February 9, 2019
It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Joyce Tucker on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at VON Sakura House, Woodstock at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Clyde (2014). Loving mother of Kim Tucker and cherished grandma (dia) of Kassidy. Much loved sister of Louise Haggerty (the late Frank), Marg Brocklebank (Ed), Jean Constant (Steve), Ina Poore (Larry), Helen Beaumont (Frank), Gord Hillier (Louise), Don Hillier (Blanche), Ivan Hillier (Donna), Gary Hillier (Wendy), and Terry Hillier (Grace). Predeceased by her parents William Hillier (1969) and Blanch Hillier (2004), her brother Roy Hillier (1993) and sister Joan Williams (2011) (survived by her brother-in-law John Williams). She will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews who will miss her hugs and will also be missed by the Tucker family. The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. Collins, the nurses and volunteers at Sakura House for the special care given to Joyce.
Joyce's family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Sakura House would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
