Schuster, Matthew:
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, April 11th, 2019 at the age of 88.
Beloved husband of 62 years to Frieda.
Cherished dad to the late Harry, Marilyn (Tim) and Wendy (Don).
Loving Opa to Emily and Kyle (Brittany).
Fondly remembered by his sister-in-law, Annerose (Gerhard, 2006) and his many nieces and nephews.
He was the last surviving member of his family.
A heartfelt thank you to all our "angels" at The Westmount.
Matthew's family will receive relatives and friends from 10-10:45 a.m on Monday, April 15th, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A funeral service will take place in the chapel at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. A private interment for immediate family to take place at St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alzheimer Society of Waterloo Wellington (cards available at the funeral home).
