The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Michael Gerrie can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dear Jan, Chris, Fiona and Alyssa,
We are so sad and shocked to hear of Mike's passing. He was a great guy with a love for fun and life. We had many great times together at Fisherman's Cove and on many other occasions. We are saddened that we can not express our feelings and condolences in person today due to adverse weather conditions in our area. Please know that you are in our thoughts on this difficult day.

Condolence From: David Brown
Condolence: I was very saddened to learn about Mike. He will be missed at Pickleball, where he was a great competitor, and a friend, with a terrific sense of humour. It was good to see him the other week, at Pickleball, even though he wasn’t playing.

My wife Nancy remembered meeting you and Mike at the grocery store and she recalled that you had just sold the house and were moving to the apartment.

To Jan, please accept my heartfelt thoughts and prayers for you and your family.

Love

Dave Brown
