I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Mike. I had the privilege of knowing Mike as a teenager and the lasting impression he had. Mike was a man who with a bit of grunting always welcomed you in his home and would give you the shirt off his back. He had strong values for his wife and sons and in his way always showed his care and love for them. It's been many years since I last got to spend time with this man but think of him fondly any time I hear the song Roxanne or tune into a Leaf Game. The world lost a great man, husband, father, grandfather and friend. May he rest in sweetest paradise.
