Knapp, Nancy Mae (nee George)

Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Innisfree House.

Beloved wife of the late Garland Knapp (2016) for 65 years.
Loving mother of Carolyn (Herb), MaryEllen (John), David (Sandy), James (Jenny), Lisa (Barb), and Rebecca (Alain).
Proud grandmother of Colin, Holly, Amanda, Sarah, Emma, Amanda (Graham), Lauren, MacKenzie, Maya, Henri and Emily.
She is survived by sisters and brothers; Marjorie Karn, Mike (Marg) George, Barb Nosal, Lucy (Larry) Laba, Jean (Bob) Balahura, Dave (Bev) George, and Linda (Paul) Lehman.
Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Mary and James George, brothers and sisters-in-law Jerome (Eileen), John (Jean), George (Joyce) and Eugene (Patsy) George and brothers-in-law Del Karn and Ron Nosal.

Nancy's family will welcome relatives and friends on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel of the funeral home, on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home. Private interment for immediate family, following the reception.
