The OFPA Board and Members were very sad to hear of Tom's passing. Tom was a huge supporter of OFPA and a past President. We were very fortunate that he shared his knowledge and expertise on food safety and regulation with us. Tom did everything to clear his schedule when we asked him to speak at one of our educational events. But above all, Tom was a nice man, full of kindness and grace. We will miss him terribly.
