Passed away peacefully at Columbia Forest Long Term Care on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Madeleine for over 57 years. Loving father of Jerome, John (predeceased), Carmen (predeceased), David, Sara, Tom and Stephen. Proud grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Carol Beer, Judy Cameron, David Karavitz and the late Louis Karavitz.
Tom's family will receive relatives and friends from 10-10:45 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1250 Strasburg Rd., Kitchener.
