Obituary for Voislav "Bob" Urosevic

Voislav "Bob" Urosevic
Urosevic, Voislav "Bob"
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at The Village at University Gates at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Jovanka (1989). Loving father of Bogdan (Pira), Dobrila "Kiki" (Bruce) and Alexander (Jennifer). Proud "Deda" of Alexandra, Rachael, William, Joshua, Joanna, Sophia, Andrew and Elizabeth. Dear brother of the late Nikola and Danica. Bob came to Canada in 1965 with his wife and 2 children to provide a better life for his family. He was an entrepreneur in the automobile industry in Kitchener for over 40 years. During that time, he sponsored multiple families to share in the Canadian dream. During his retirement years, Deda could often be found in the gym watching his grandchildren play basketball...he was their biggest fan. Special thanks to the staff at University Gates for their outstanding, compassionate care.
Bob's family will receive relatives and friends from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 700 Fischer Hallman Rd. Kitchener, on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Reception to follow. Because of his love of basketball, donations to City of Kitchener - KWYBA would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home). Visit www.henrywalser.com for Bob's memorial.
