Gurlitz, Wilfred:
Passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 75. Beloved husband to the late Joan (2017) for 48 years. Loving Father of Steven (Debbie), Colin (Janice) and Leah (Christopher). Dear "Grampy" to three grandchildren. Survived by his siblings, Margaret Beers (late Raymond), Maureen Riddell (Gary) of Lumby, British Columbia, Linda Gurlitz of Toronto, Ontario, Marylin Gurlitz, Gordon Jr. of Eganville, Ontario, and Tim (Christine) of Grande Prairie, Alberta. Predeceased by his parents Melanie & Gordon Gurlitz, his brother Bobby and sisters, Lorraine Gurlitz and Anne Gurlitz.
Wilfred's family will receive relatives and friends from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467, followed by a procession to Williamsburg cemetery for the interment at 2:30 p.m.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
