Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre on Friday, March 22, 2019 at the age of 96. Anne was predeceased by her husband of 40 years Jack Carter (1983). She is survived by her 4 children, Jeanette Carter, Jacqueline Jaffrey (Don), Paul Carter (Ellen), and Lorie Head (Derek). She will be sadly missed by her 7 grandchildren, Craig (Annette), Natania (Pete), Tawnessa (Billy), Bill (Katrina), James, Christopher, and Jennifer. Family and friends are welcome at the Williamsburg Cemetery Dedication Center, 1541 Fischer Hallman Road, Kitchener on Wednesday, March 27th for the viewing at 11:00 a.m. Funeral service will commence at 12:00 p.m. with a reception to follow.
