Passed away peacefully with family by his side at St. Mary's Hospital on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Jane for over 47 years. Loving father of Rob (Kimber) and Shawn (Tanis). Proud grandpa of Tyler, Sam, Cameron, Jacob, Benjamin, Layla, and the late Eamon and Owen. Son of the late Rene and Gladys. Dear brother of the late Ron. Loved son-in-law of the late Bruce and Rita Schultz. Doug's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2019 and 10-10:45 a.m. on Monday, March 25, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
