Passed away peacefully at Trinity Village Care Centre on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Herbert (1996). Loving mother of Mark Berg. Proud grandmother of Jonathan and Emily Berg. After 17 years of teaching, Eileen devoted herself to her family.
Eileen's family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30-10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 am. Reception to follow. Interment at Elmira Union Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Elmira or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
