Nowak, Mae (nee Kurt)
Passed away peacefully at Lisaard House on Friday, April 12, 2019 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of Casimir (2014). Loving mother of Cathy Gage (Colin), Paul (John), Karen Lang (Bill), Mike (Jeri-Lou) and Sue Nowak. Proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Survived by 2 siblings, predeceased by 10 siblings.
Mae's family will receive relatives and friends from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, April 15th, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Teresa of Avila RC Church 44 Leonard St., Kitchener, on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 10 am. Interment Parkview Cemetery. Reception to follow at Henry Walser Funeral Home. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lisaard House or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home). Visit www.henrywalser.com for Mae's memorial.
