August 6, 1949 - March 22, 2019
Patricia sadly lost her battle to cancer on Friday, March 22, 2019, she passed away peacefully at Innisfree House in Kitchener at the age of 69. Born in Oshawa, Ontario daughter of the late Margaret Pilot. Patty is remember and loved by her Aunt Evon and Uncle Bill, her surviving siblings Derek, Linda, and their families. Cherished by her sons John, Chris, Matt, her daughter Michelle, their spouses, her grandchildren and many other friends and relatives.
In honour of Patricia's life and struggle, donations to Innisfree House would be appreciated.
Special thanks to Innisfree House for their compassion and care during Patricia's difficult journey.
