Dear family and friends of Bill,
I had the pleasure of serving on the Board of Waterscape Condominium with Bill and sharing a glass of wine with him after the meetings.
My wife and I enjoyed our friendship with Bill during the short period of time that we knew him, he would always greet you with a big smile.
Unfortunately, we are unable to attend the memorial for him tonight please know we will be thinking of you.
Our sincere condolences to you at this very difficult time.
