Dear Gaynor and family. I'm sorry not to have sent this message sooner but I still can't quite believe that Tom is gone. I worked with Tom in the late eighties and early nineties in Kitchener and in Guelph. He was a supervisor in Schneiders when we first met and his kindness and willingness to show a very new veterinary supervisor the ropes of meat inspection in that unique environment are a memory I will always cherish. We became good friends over those years and his love for his family was evident. He was never happier than when he was telling stories about his kids and his family life. He was was a true gentleman and it was a privilege to have worked with him. My deepest condolences.
